What linen do you use?

We use OEKO-TEX® certified linen made from European flax. Our apparel is made from 150gsm linen, and our bedding from 185gsm. The certification guarantees the linen is free from harmful substances and safe for everyday use.

Does it shrink or bleed colour when washed?

No. We use premium Lithuanian linen with special dyeing and softening techniques. The linen is dyed in a two-step process and then mechanically softened through stonewashing. After this process it will not shrink and will not colour bleed.

Machine wash at 30–40°C with a gentle detergent. Air drying is recommended — avoid tumble drying and dry cleaning. Iron on medium heat if needed, or simply embrace linen's natural wrinkles.

Every piece is handmade in a family-owned production facility in Lithuania. We consciously choose these partners because we believe a responsible business should use local services as much as possible. Our goal is to keep capital in Lithuania and give local businesses the opportunity to grow.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipped worldwide with FedEx. Europe: up to 3 business days after dispatch. USA: up to 5 business days after dispatch. International: delivery times may vary depending on destination.

Standard shipping is free for orders over 200 USD, 200 EUR, or 200 CHF. Express shipping is available for 20 USD, 20 EUR, or 20 CHF. For US customers, we ship DDP — duties and taxes are included in the price.

What is the return policy?

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. To start a return, contact hey@amourlinen.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.

Quel lin utilisez-vous ?

Nous utilisons du lin certifié OEKO-TEX® issu du lin européen. Nos vêtements sont fabriqués en lin 150 g/m², notre literie en 185 g/m². La certification garantit que le lin est exempt de substances nocives et sûr pour un usage quotidien.

Rétrécit-il ou déteint-il au lavage ?

Non. Nous utilisons du lin lituanien de haute qualité avec des techniques de teinture et d'adoucissement spéciales. Le lin est teint en deux étapes puis adouci mécaniquement par stonewashing. Après ce processus, il ne rétrécit plus et ne déteint pas.

Comment le laver ?

Lavage en machine à 30–40 °C avec une lessive douce. Le séchage à l'air est recommandé — évitez le sèche-linge et le nettoyage à sec. Repassez si nécessaire à température moyenne ou adoptez simplement les plis naturels du lin.

Où est-il fabriqué ?

Chaque pièce est fabriquée à la main dans une installation de production familiale en Lituanie. Nous choisissons ces partenaires consciemment, car nous croyons qu'une entreprise responsable doit utiliser les services locaux autant que possible. Notre objectif est de maintenir le capital en Lituanie et de donner aux entreprises locales la possibilité de se développer.

Combien de temps prend la livraison ?

Les commandes sont expédiées sous 2 jours ouvrables et livrées dans le monde entier via FedEx. Europe : jusqu'à 3 jours ouvrables après expédition. États-Unis : jusqu'à 5 jours ouvrables après expédition. International : les délais varient selon la destination.
